🗣A POLITE REMINDER .. about non refundable deposit, 25% of your services is required upon Booking.📖
It is something as a buisness owners we dread, but unfortunately, it is a necessary thing to keep things operating smoothly. 🌬
Hair extensions and toxins will be 100% payment upon Booking.
No deposit💸, no appointment.💉💄💋💅💇♀️.
We get it—no one wants to be sitting in the salon for hours when the weather is beautiful, and sometimes things come up that just can’t be helped. ☀️ Life happens, and we truly understand!
However, in order to respect everyone’s time we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:
⏰️72-Hour Notice Required
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance.
⏳️Late ️Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%!
🙅♀️🚫 No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service amount and will require a deposit to rebook, no exception.
⏰️Be at least 5 minutes early so you are on time for your appointment, if you are later than 15 minutes you will be charged cancellation deposit, if it happens more than once you will be required to pay in full for your appointment.
📅This will effect the whole day and other clients who do turn up on time. I do get some times you can not predict salon life with times so I can over run, but I will try my best to let you know.

Anyone who's got a top up which is free will be chargeable if a no show happens.💷
Refunds💰
🤝Any issues arrises after your appointment we will rectify within 72 hours of treatments free of charge.
⛔️No refunds will be offered for services received.
Moving forward we will require a deposit from everyone.🤝
💸We require 25% of your appointment non refundable booking fee either bank transfer or pop in with your deposit from.
No future appointments will be made with no deposit, no matter who you are, so bare this in mind when trying to book your next appointment 25% will be required even online bookings. ⛔️🙅♀️
